Summer Group Fitness Pop-Ups Are Back!
Join us for a fresh summer lineup of group fitness pop-up classes at the Grand Traverse Bay YMCA, free with your Y Membership! Each week in June features a mix of energizing, restorative, and strength-building workouts led by your favorite instructors. Whether you’re a Y regular or new to our fitness community, this is a fun and flexible way to move your body and try something new.

Melanie's two-day split! (followed by Core30 each day for an additional)
July 1st - Melanie's 2-day split Upper Body w/ Melanie, 8:30 am-9:15 am (YFC)
July 3rd - Melanie's 2-day split Lower Body w/ Melanie, 8:30 am-9:15 am (YFC)

July 10th - Outdoor Bootcamp w/ Angie, 8:30 am-9:30 am (Outside)

July 19th - Cycle + Strength w/ Melanie, 9:00 am-9:50 am (YFC)
July 13 - Cardio Drumming w/ Diana, 9:00 am- 9:45 am (Studio A)

Melanie's Two-day Split
Get strong, stay consistent, and have fun doing it! Join Melanie for this two-day weight training series focused on smart, effective strength-building.
Tuesdays are all about the lower body—think glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves.
Thursdays shift the focus to the upper body—arms, shoulders, chest, and back.
Each class is 45 minutes of targeted training with dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. Come to one or both days to build total-body strength over the week. Bonus: stick around for Core30 to finish your morning strong!
Refresh & Rooted - Put Your Best Face (and Foot) Forward!
Treat yourself to a refreshing, feel-good session from head to toe—literally! This seated pop-up class blends face yoga, facial toning techniques, and gentle foot strengthening exercises to help you look and feel revitalized. Improve circulation, muscle tone, balance, and comfort through fun, natural movement. A unique and uplifting way to reconnect with the parts of your body that carry you through the world. Fun for the face, fun for the feet!
