Fun Run/Shoe Demo at Middle Coast Brewing

Fleet Feet/Middle Coast – Speed shoe demo night at Fleet Feet prior to the run with social at Middle Coast Brewing, 329 State Street. Speed Shoe Demo Run. Would you like to try out a speed shoe? Taking place on Wednesday, September 3rd, is our first-ever Speed Shoe Demo Day! Join us with Asics, Brooks, New Balance, Nike, and Saucony for a demo run with carbon-plated speed shoes! This event is the perfect opportunity to see which speed shoe works best for you. Join anytime from 4:30 pm to 6:15 pm to demo the shoes.


Come join us at the WEDNESDAY Traverse City Track Club Fun Run at Middle Coast Brewing Co (329 East State Street). Lights and Reflective gear encouraged! Run, socialize and meet fellow runners! Bring the whole family! There is no charge and you do not need to be a member to run. All paces are welcome, and we map out 3 and 5 mile routes for runners... We even have a root beer or two afterward! Food is available at this location too!
