Join the Traverse City Track Club ( https://www.tctrackclub.com/) and Mary Free Bed at Munson Healthcare for a casual presentation and Q&A with Josh Thorington, board certified sports clinical specialist and physical therapist with Mary Free Bed at Munson Healthcare. Josh will share practical tips on preventing common running injuries like shin splints, runner’s knee, and plantar fasciitis and explain the importance of effective warm-ups, cool-downs, stretching, and strength work.

Come join us at the WEDNESDAY Traverse City Track Club Fun Run at Silver Spruce Brewing. Reflective gear, lights and traction footwear encouraged! Run, socialize and meet fellow runners! Bring the whole family! There is no charge and you do not need to be a member to run. All paces are welcome, and we map out 3 and 5 mile routes for runners along the TART Trail... We even have a root beer or two afterward! Food is available at this location too!
