Fun Run at Silver Spruce Brewing

Munson Healthcare is teaming up with the Traverse City Track Club to bring you a series of fun and informative lectures designed to help you achieve your running and wellness goals. Join us for our next event! This session will bridge the gap between core stability, hip stability, pelvic floor health, and improved performance. Whether you’re dealing with issues like leaking or urinary urgency during long runs, diastasis recti, or low back pain, pelvic health specialist Kayla Sahr, PT, DPT, will provide practical, science-based strategies to keep you running strong and injury-free. Lecture from 6:00 p.m. – 6:25.

Come join us at the WEDNESDAY Traverse City Track Club Fun Run at Silver Spruce Brewing. Lights & Reflective gear encouraged! Run, socialize and meet fellow runners! Bring the whole family! There is no charge and you do not need to be a member to run. All paces are welcome, and we map out 3 and 5 mile routes for runners along the TART Trail... We even have a root beer or two afterward! Food is available at this location too!
