Curious about Mantra? You come to fully understand it only through experience.

I remember the first time I experienced true stillness and silence in the mind, it was after chanting mantra. It was profound and illuminating. I can't wait for you to experience it too!

This guided session is designed to help you quiet the mind, open the heart, and connect with your inner stillness through the power of sacred sound and mindfulness.

Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this class offers a welcoming environment to recharge your spirit, relieve stress, and invite more peace into your life.

Join us on this journey of self-discovery and serenity—one breath, one mantra at a time. 💙✨

Mantra will be followed by 10 minutes of stillness.
