Cardio Drumming

Want to engage your mind, body, and spirit, all at the same time? Want to have a fun time and get a little exercise, too? (Want an excuse to hit things without getting in trouble?)
Join Matt as he leads us through a variety of cardio drumming routines to some of our favorite upbeat tunes.
This is a program for adults of any fitness level. You can do this activity sitting or standing. We'll provide everything you need except your motivation to be healthy while having fun!
