Lamenting his frustrations with raw attitude and comic fury are his forte. Dave has been seen at comedy festivals all over the US. Most notably Laughfest, Grand Rapids premier comedy festival and Canada’s Border City Comedy Festival. He has opened for Fortune Feimster and Robert Kelley. Richard Mathis: Ladies and gentlemen, get ready to laugh your hearts out with one of the funniest comedians around - Richard Mathis from Battle Creek, Michigan! With a unique style that blends old-school set ups and punchlines with an urban twist, Richard is sure to leave you in stitches. Richard's material is relatable, hilarious, and guaranteed to have you rolling in the aisles. Having started his career at Crackers Comedy Club in Indianapolis, Indiana, the individual quickly established himself as a top performer. Richard's hard work and dedication have paid off, with wins at the Detroit to LA competition, the Damented Peach competition, and the Detroit Comedy Rumble. But what really sets Richard apart is his ability to connect with audiences. He is a true master of his craft, constantly exploring new material and approaches to his comedy while staying true to his unique voice and style.
Marti Johnson- Marti Johnson is TC's Funny Lady! 2 Time winner of Traverse City Magazine's Red Hot Best Comedian. She has traveled the Midwest having the opportunities to open for comedy legends Dave Landau, Leanne Morgan and John Heffron. You may have seen her at TC Comedy Club or Michigan's premiere comedy festival, Laughfest.
