After growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Jamie spent over 40 years in the toy industry, rising through senior executive roles at LEGO, Playmobil, and Faber-Castell. Most recently, he served as CEO of Faber-Castell USA, before semi-retiring in 2023 to focus on his passion for driving creativity and innovation in business.

In that pursuit, Jamie founded 4 the Win Partners, a consulting company dedicated to enriching lives and accelerating business success by intentionally integrating Purpose, Culture, Creativity, and Clarity with strategy. His work empowers organizations to think differently, cultivate curiosity, and unlock new solutions to everyday challenges.

Jamie frequently speaks at conferences and universities (including Harvard, Notre Dame, USC, Michigan State, Butler, and Duquesne) on the powerful role creativity plays in leadership and innovation. He’s passionate about helping individuals and businesses leverage their creative potential to build more connected, innovative communities.
