Geocaching 101- East Bay Township (Traverse City) MI

The Parks Commission is excited to bring Geocaching to five amazing Township Parks. We are eager to bring the world of treasure hunting to our parks. Never been Geocaching before? That is totally fine! We can help you learn. East Bay Township Parks Commission will be hosting a Geocaching Educational Event.

When: May 3, 2025

Time: 1:00-3:00 pm

Where: Grace Macdonald Park

Please Bring: Water, fully charged cell phone, weather appropriate clothing and comfortable walking/hiking shoes.

There will be a presentation by a regional geocaching educational professional (KzooOtters - MiGo member) followed by an opportunity to go out and find a geocache. Limited equipment will be provided or assistance will be available to help set up the application on your personal device as well.
