Stone Mountain Yoga Hike (Thursday)

Enjoy a beautiful hike & yoga practice on wolf rock at the summit of Stone Mountain. Hike will be moderate* from the Backpack Lot to Wolf Rock. We will have yoga class on the rock just before sunset! Pack a towel or mat, but please pack with the hike in mind. Carrying a heavy mat without straps is not ideal! Yoga class will be appropriate for all levels, no yoga experience necessary!

*This moderate hike is suitable for novice to advanced hikers that are comfortable with a medium/high level physical activity. The ascent is a steady climb up to Wolf Rock on switchback trails, to get to the yoga site. It takes about 45min-1 hour of consistant movement, please make sure you are comfortable with this level of physical activity before signing up!

Schedule
4:00-4:30 pm Meet at Backpacking Lot (same location as previous Yoga Hikes)
4:30-5:30 pm Hike to yoga site (about 45 min)
6:00 pm All level yoga practice, led by Kelly Dougherty from Yoga on Main
7-7:15pm Descent back to parking lot (we MUST be back by 8:30pm, park closes at 9pm)

Proceeds will go to Yoga on Main & Friends of Stone Mountain State Park
Space is limited due to State Park Capacity limits, signing up in advance is required!
