Dip in the Nip Kerry 2025 – Our Fifth Sunrise Swim
After the incredible success of last year’s event, we are beyond excited to invite you to the fifth annual Dip in the Nip Kerry — a sunrise swim like no other, filled with heart, courage, and community spirit.
In 2024, over 190 remarkable women came together to support two vital local charities — Kerry Cancer Support Group and Recovery Haven Kerry . These charities provide life-changing support for people affected by cancer in our community, and we’re proud to continue our partnership with them in 2025.
This year’s Dip in the Nip will take place at a secret coastal location within 20 minutes of Tralee , revealed via email just 24–48 hours beforehand. Trust us, it will be beautiful, safe, and unforgettable.
This empowering event is run entirely by an all-female volunteer team — from marshals to lifeguards — creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting space for every participant. Whether you’re here to celebrate, remember, heal, or simply embrace a new challenge, your reasons are your own — and they are all valid.

-Laughter, nerves, joy, and the thrill of doing something unforgettable
Registration is €40 (+ booking fee) and includes:
-Entry to the swim
-A commemorative medal
-Entry into our prize draw
-Access to tea, coffee, cake, and chats afterwards!
Please note: Pre-registration is essential — no sign-ups on the day . The dip starts at 7:00 am sharp , so arrive with time to spare. Parking is available , and we ask all participants to follow marshal instructions for safety.
This is a ladies-only event (18+). Bring your courage, bring a friend, and bring something warm for after!
