🌟Day retreat for Féile🌟
🪷Saturday 30th August 9.15am - 4pm
Just before her 13th birthday Féile O'Sullivan, Allihies, Beara was in a serious life changing farm accident & suffered a double leg amputation.
She has a very long road to recovery. So far she’s had 27 surgeries. The doctors are really happy with her progress, and most importantly she is really determined and positive herself.
💚Féile & family will need a huge amount of support- let’s do our best to raise as much money as possible to support her on this journey no 13 year old should have to face.
Schedule:
Saturday 30th August 9.15am - 4pm
9.15am Arrival
9.30am Rest to rise yoga with Jayne
10.45am Juice break
11am Breath work & ice bath workshop with Liz
12.30pm Nourishing brunch
1.15pm Akhanda yoga with Derbhla
3pm Group Sona sauna & sea swim
✨The investment for this special day retreat is €100 which includes 2 x yoga classes, Breathwork & ice bath workshop, Nourishing homemade brunch & a 45 minute sauna & sea swim in Ventry beach.
All monies raised goes directly to Féile’s GoFundMePage.
All teachers/instructors/Sauna Tom/Réiltín generously offering their services free of charge including necessary materials/food.
🪷Spaces are limited on this day retreat but donations welcome even if you can’t make it.
