Savouring Late Summer Splendour Workshop

Late Summer is a time to bask in the fullness of our lives, to savour the light that is just beginning to wane, and to draw all that we've experienced in the warmer months deep within ourselves, carrying its sweetness with us as we move forward through the year.

This workshop will ask us to do just that through a balanced asana practice, breath-work, reflection, and sharing, so that we may revel in what is, as well as approach the cooler months with joy in our hearts and spirit in our cells. We'll call upon the Ayurvedic, Astrological, and Chinese Medicinal traditions, weaving their wisdom into an inspiring class and experience that is sure to deepen participants' capacity to soak up the beauty of this enriching time. We look forward to sharing our hearts with you!
