Mountain House Independence Day Parade & Celebration

The City of Mountain House host its annual Independence Day Parade and Celebration on Friday, July 4, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m. This cherished tradition brings together residents and visitors alike in a fun-filled morning of patriotic pride, community spirit, and family-friendly entertainment.

The parade begins at Central Parkway and Main Street, travels south down Central Parkway to Heritage Drive, then loops back to Central & Main where the Celebration will continue from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Festivities will include music, a Kids Fun Zone, food trucks, local artisan vendors, and plenty of red, white, and blue.

Not only can you watch the parade — you can be in it too! The Parks and Recreation Department is accepting parade entry applications through Sunday, June 22, 2025. Participation is free and open to a wide variety of entries, including bands and music groups, floats and marching units, car clubs and commercial business.
