Le programme Créations est un programme qui fait suite à un appel à composition lancé en juin 2024. L'objectif est de mettre en avant de jeunes compositrices et compositeurs, et de leur proposer de diffuser leurs oeuvres sous la direction de Lamar ELIAS. L'OSET a reçu plus d'une dizaine de candidatures de jeunes compositeurs et compositrices, et crée ce programme à partir des 8 oeuvres sélectionnées.
