Come and join our lovely Tuesday evening Pilates crew at **Moretonhampstead Sports Centre**, tucked beside the beautiful **King George V playing fields** the perfect place to stretch out after a long day.

This 5-week block is ideal if you want to get stronger, feel looser, stand taller and breeze your way into summer.

Everyone welcome whether you’ve been before or it’s your first time on the mat. I’ll guide you through a feel-good mix of strength, stretch and Pilates flow with lots of options and a good giggle thrown in too.
