An afternoon of music, movement and yoga nidra (a relaxing guided meditation) 🎶🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

'Coming home to your body'

Syd will enchant you with their music and song, while Martine guides you in gentle movement, and weaves poetry and words

Everyone welcome – no previous experience required 👐
