Facilitated by Agata Krajewska

Exploring and befriending the territory of loss and death - of people; but also of identity, natural world, energy, personal power, systems and everything we once loved and known.
This is an embodied exploration of how we can relate with the forces of death in a way that supports our relationship with life, enhancing our presence and appreciation.
We will look at our conditioning around loss and death and draw on mythological themes such as the journey to the Underworld.
In “going down” we open to the Yin principle in existence: resting back, composting and the unknown, leading to transformation and integration.
Inspired by nature’s cycle, we will inquire into what is disintegrating in our lives at present and how to engage with that process.
We will also recount and explore our stories of living throuh death of our loved ones.
To honour death is to honour our ultimate vulnerability. It also enables us to touch that which never dies.
We work with presence, embodiment, improvisation, inquiry, telling and personal reflection, paying attention to our needs and nervous system regulation.
Benefits include:
*Creative self-expression and imagination skills
*Nervous system regulation practices to support emotional safety
*Permission to rest, not-know, trust in the cycle of death and rebirth
*Being seen—and seeing yourself
*Transformation of adversity into strength
*Practise of embodied presence
*Being part of a group journey of belonging

“Agata holds a deeply nourishing space with graceful ease and a playfully light touch. This is a space where imaginings can take form and the archetypal forces within us all can emerge to tell their stories. Profoundly beautiful work (and play).”
“Transformational of inner life and community, connecting work with women of all ages and experience. Best piece of group work I have been part of for years.”
“This work gets to the heart of performance, to the vulnerability and honesty of the solo performer. And even more, it goes a long way to heal the rifts between women, the competition and the judgement we all suffer from, and invite us to truly be witnesses and celebrants of each other’s journeys.”
"I am not alone; there are hidden gifts; we need each other."
"This is important work you are doing-especially the work of empowering woman to have a voice and to bring their beingness more visibly into the world. The space you hold is gentle and safe and allows a natural unfolding and easy uncovering of the rich story each of us carries."
