This isn’t your typical brunch — we’re talking crave-worthy dishes inspired by Sylvia’s Vietnamese roots , made for long laughs, happy bellies, and “can I get that recipe?” moments. Think steamy bowls of congee , golden fried chicken , and fresh, vibrant plates that hit that perfect spot between nostalgic and new — all crafted with love and a bit of Sylvia’s signature flair.

Even better? We’re hosting this pop-up at a truly one-of-a-kind venue — the kind of space that makes you want to slow down, soak it all in, and make some memories. It’s not just about the food (though the food will absolutely be worth it) — it’s about the full experience: the energy, the people, and the kind of joy you’ll want to carry home ✨.
