THE LOVER ARCHETYPE WORKSHOP

The Lover archetype invites us back into aliveness.

This workshop is designed to support you in reconnecting with:

• Desire as an inner compass — not something to justify, earn, or explain

• Emotional truth and felt resonance

• Softness, pleasure, intimacy, beauty, and connection

• Authentic longing vs. inherited or conditioned desire

The Lover is not about romance alone, it is about what makes life feel worth living.

The experience includes a guided reflective practice designed to help let go of emotional heaviness and reconnect you with your desire, clarity, and creative flow.

1. Arrival & Grounding Opening circle, agreements for creating safety together, Guided meditation for settling into presence.

2. Introducing The Heart Compass Tool A somatic practice for tuning into heart-led resonance and intuitive knowing that you will add to your toolkit.

3. The Quad Practice A powerful emotional metabolization practice, allowing moving from heaviness to honest longing.

4. Embodied Play Gamefied excersises designed and curated too allow for emboding your inner Lover through playful and relational exploration.

5. Integration Guided journaling Love Letter (Writing a love letter from your inner Lover to yourself.) ?
