Summer 2025 in Ephemera: A Junk Journaling Zine Workshop

On Sunday, August 24th, the TZL presents “Summer 2025 in Ephemera”, a junk journaling & complilation zinemaking workshop.

Letters, notes, ticket stubs, receipts and the like: we look at these small objects and see life reflected in them. They mark time. Collecting ephemera is a way to hold onto moments; it is an act of documentation.

So come on down to the Tranzac with your mementos of summer and let’s create something of a time capsule zine together. Each participant will be asked to design 1-2 pages to contribute.

⏳ When: Sunday, August 24th from 12-3pm

⏳ Where: The Tranzac ~ 292 Brunswick Ave ~ The Living Room (first floor, accessible space)

⏳ What else? This zine will be photocopied and distributed at the library and at zine fairs. The proceeds will go towards the library. PWYC. masking preferred.
