FUNDAMENTALS OF SOUND HEALING:

SOUND MEDITATION AND SOUNDBATH TECHNIQUES:
Learn how to lead sound meditations that guide participants into deep relaxation and heightened states of awareness using the resonant tones of crystal quartz bowls.

MASTER THE CRYSTAL QUARTZ BOWLS:
