If you’ve attended one of our beach parties in the past, you already know: it’s pure magic. A sun-drenched day of swims, tunes, laughs, and lounging with your fellow Fabulon weirdos. We’re back for round three, and it’s time to make some more sweet sandy memories.
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT ✨
This is a low-key, high-vibes kind of gathering—a big, open invitation to hang with us on the beach! Bring your blankets, snacks, floaties, besties, and anything else to make your beach day fabulous.
🎶 MUSIC — OPEN DECKS & BEACHIN' TUNES 🎶
We won’t have a scheduled slate of DJs because this isn’t officially a party, and "amplified music" is not allowed. We’re once again offering open decks to any DJs in our community who want to spin some sunny, Fabulony beats. We’ll be bringing a very reasonably sized sound system and a controller.

Though this event is free (+ the cost to Ferry or Water taxi over), we’re actively fundraising to support Planet Fabulon! Your donations help us pay artists fairly, bring in stellar headliners for future events, and keep the magic alive.

📍 THE SPOT 📍
We’ll be posted up at our beloved cove at the far west end of Gibraltar Point — a dreamy, semi-hidden beach protected by a rock wall pier. Soft sand, swimmable waters, a nearby washroom, and grassy spots for shade and snacks. A total oasis.

🛶 GETTING TO TORONTO ISLAND 🛶
Option 1:
🚢 City Ferry – $9.11 round trip (cheaper for kids, free for seniors 65+)
Runs roughly every 30–60 minutes. Buy tickets online or at the terminal. Take the Centre Island ferry and walk or bike west toward Gibraltar Point (about 20–30 mins on foot, less if you're rolling).
Once there, you’ll head west through the Island’s paths until you reach our secret sandy spot near Gibraltar Point. Just follow the sounds, sparkles, and weirdos with floaties. You’ll find us. 🌈
Option 2:
🚤 Water Taxis – ~$12 one-way
Faster and more flexible, especially in the afternoon. You can hop on a water taxi from Queens Quay & York, Lower Simcoe, or Rees. Ask to be dropped at Centre Island Dock — it’s the closest stop to Gibraltar Point (525 Lakeshore Ave), just a 15–20 minute walk west along a scenic path.
🚫 Avoid the Hanlan’s Point or Ward’s Island drop-offs — they’re significantly farther from the event site.
