Join us for a peaceful afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and sisterhood — exclusively for Muslim women, facilitated by Nada (@holisticnada).

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, this gathering is a chance to connect deeply — with your breath, body, and sisters in faith. Expect a gentle yoga flow, grounding mindfulness exercises, and a space that honors your presence.

What to Expect:

• Beginner-friendly, restorative yoga
• Guided breathing & mindfulness practices
• A supportive, intentional, women-only space
• Post-event hangout to grab a drink🧋 and connect further!

Important Info — Please Read Carefully:

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Mat Required for Entry
You must bring your own mat or select the ticket option that includes a $2.50 mat rental.
There will be no extra mats available on the day of the event.
If you do not bring a mat and haven’t paid for one in advance, you will not be permitted to join.
