Seed & Snake Seasonal Self-Discovery Summer Circle

Sitting in circle with others is a way to deepen your understanding about something, and offer a new thread to your own tapestry.

In these seasonal circles, we will weave together some dreams for the upcoming season. Each circle is centred around a specific ritual craft because practical magic and making things with own hands is a powerful way to truly learn and integrate something into your full being, to manifest a visual representation of something that will become an anchor for you in this next season.

The Wheel is Turning

The wheel is turning again, as the Spring flowers begin to emerge, so do we. The plants and fruits of Summer are patiently waiting. We are also nature and our wild animal body is starting to awaken and rise up to bring forth the dreams we set out for ourselves.

What to Expect

In this women's circle, we will be discussing the cycle of seasons and how to prepare your mind, body and soul for Summer, as well as how to practice a more cyclical way of living. We will deepen into the circle with a guided meditation and ritual craft. As Summer is connected to the Mother archetype, we will be creating our own inner caregiver doll. We will also be channeling the transformative magic of fire with a special ritual, in honour of the element Fire.

This is part of 4 seasonal circles honouring the Season of the Witch (and wild soul) in all of us. They are self-discovery circles to help you live your life with more intention and ritual. You are welcome to attend just one, and encouraged to attend all 4 in order to complete the cycle.

Venue Info

This is an event for women and femme-identified folk. We are in a beautiful spot that is immersed with care, love and deep healing work. We will have access to a private outdoor courtyard as well as space indoors. While the main room is accessible, the on-site bathroom is downstairs. Meditation cushions and yoga mats are onsite, and tea will be offered. Please bring a scrap of fabric that is sentimental, a notebook and pen, curiosity and an open heart. More details will be sent via email 3 days prior.

About Your Host

Vania is a ritualist, moon witch, and pleasure alchemist. Her pleasure work conjures a deeply felt aliveness, by connecting to the present moment rooted in beauty and nature, with all senses attuned to a delicious moment of awe. In her work as a feminist therapist, breathwork coach, circle facilitator, and grief tender, she holds space for women as they navigate rites of passage. She centres her work with feminism, somatic nervous system resourcing, and sacred feminine spirituality. Her most treasured identities are mother, friend and partner. As a daughter of immigrants, she is finding her Slavic roots after losing her own mother. As someone who honours the sacred feminine and how it lives in each of us, vania is coming to the end of her journey with perimenopause, and is embracing the gift of apprenticing as a future Crone. Dancing, good chocolate, flowers, making practical magic, and howling at the moon with friends turns her on, and lights her up!
