No prior experience or partner needed. Absolute beginners are welcome.
- Polka/Two-step mini-lesson 2pm to 2:15pm
- Cross-step Waltz 2:15pm to 2:50pm, the favourite Waltz style of many people, usually done to slower tempos than Viennese Waltz, easy-to-learn.
- Traditional Viennese Waltz and some Laendler variations, 2:50pm to 4:10pm. Traditional Viennese Waltz is fun, easy-to-learn, popular since the early 19th century, done at all tempos from fast to slow, and perhaps the most romantic partner dance of all. Laendler goes back to the 1700s and is a form of Waltz ("Waltz before Waltz").
