We're starting round 2 of Group Therapy for Polyamorous & CNM folks.
Like our first offering, our group therapy is an affirming space for people in polyamory and consensual non-monogamous relationships, including those exploring open relationships for the first time. We use integrative therapeutic modalities to help people navigate complex emotions, resolve relational and internal conflicts, and build healthy connections. Our groups are open to adult individuals, couples, thruples, or polycules of any sexual orientation and gender identity.
Unlike our first offering, this group therapy begins May 27th and sessions will be 120-minutes each, running every Tuesday evening from 6:30-8:30 PM. This group therapy does not have a set end dates and new members will be permitted to join throughout, capacity permitting. All sessions are held in-person at All of You Wellness Centre. Our location is fully accessible, and all sessions are private and confidential.
