Come enjoy a wonderful concert of choral music sung by the Choir of Pembroke College, Cambridge directed by the world-famous Anna Lapwood! Enjoy the beautiful setting and acoustics of the Church of St. Mary Magdalene (477 Manning Avenue near Bathurst and Harbord) as you are treated to beautiful compositions by Byrd, Daley, and Anna Lapwood herself. Admission by donation, $40 suggested to cover touring costs.

Please note: An Eventbrite ticket guarantees general admission until 7:15pm. After that time, anyone lining up at the Church will be admitted until we have reached capacity. To ensure your place, you must arrive by 7:15pm.

About the Church of St. Mary Magdalene: We are a historic church in Toronto with a history of excellent liturgy and music. Healey Willan, one of the most significant Canadian composers, was Director of Music at the Church from 1921 until his death in 1968. Many of Willan's compositions were written for our choirs, and the Church to this day remains an important site for the creation and performance of choral music.
