Magda Baraczka & Gracie Singh-Yuz at The Rex (VIP Tickets)

Entering their third year of jazz voice studies at the University of Toronto, Magda Baraczka and Gracie Singh-Yuz are two very promising young rising artists in the Toronto jazz scene. They share a passion for playing popular jazz standards, putting their own creative twists on the arrangements. Magda and Gracie have spent the past 2 years working on their sound as a duo. They have taken to the stages across Toronto jazz venues in several ensembles and have led their own groups at the Rex Hotel Jazz and Blues Bar, the Emmet Ray, the Only Cafe, and The Duke. This evening of music will feature vocal arrangements by both Magda and Gracie, with music from the traditional jazz idiom. Highlighting their individual abilities as well as their enthralling vocal blend, this show is one you do not want to miss!
