“Dust off your old musical instruments and gear and bring them out to the Heavy Metal Gear Swap! Whether you are looking for a new-to-you guitar, you want to sell your amp before you upgrade, or you’re looking for a new sound with pedals, this is the place to be.

On Sunday, Jun 15th, the Rockpile will be hosting our fundraising gear swap and market. Doors open at 12pm, and entry is only $5! In addition to the gear swap, the event features a variety of vendors, door prizes, and some amazing bands.

The Heavy Metal Gear Swap is happy to be fundraising for the Cabbagetown Community Arts Center. For over 40 years, CCAC has been providing quality music and arts programming to kids from low-income families, as well as maintaining an instrument lending library for the kids to access.

Whether you are here to buy it, thrift it, or listen, come join us for a day of music and community support that you won’t want to miss!”
