AMANI (formerly SAPACCY) and CAFCAN invite caregivers of Black youth to an inspiring afternoon centered on healing, creativity, and community care. Join us for the 4th Annual Indaba event - a gathering created by us, for us ; celebrating Black wellness and culture in Toronto and the GTA.
This year's event will explore themes of healing and joy through skills-building and creative workshops, including art therapy and a mindfulness activity designed to support reflection and self-connection. Enjoy a welcoming space with free food, wellness activities, mental health resources, and opportunities to connect with others in the community.
Admission is free, but spots are limited. If your plans change, please let us know so we can offer your space to another community member. We look forward to seeing you there!
