dConcept/Davidson Elie, a university certified meditation specialist & percussionist of 30+ years, created Guided Drum Meditation/GDM from the understanding that percussion and rhythmic patterns can be powerful wellness tools. GDM combines both Eastern and Western meditation techniques.
• Guided Drum Meditation/GDM is a system using repetitive percussive sounds that attract the attention of the participant. Guided Drum Meditation is a meditation concept, using the voice, and pan drum sounds primarily. GDM is designed to help people meditate easier.
