Gender and Ancestor DIY Moodboard Workshop
Facilitated by Zephyr McKenna
ID: A sea of black hair takes up the majority of the image. In the strands of air, there are objects attached or poking out. To the left, there is a red and yellow beaded pendant, and a string of pieces of neon rabbit fur attached like ornaments. Further to the right, there is a tiny dragon-cat creature drawn on birch, a muscular figurine of a wrestler holding a miniature hide pouch of medicines, and a clipped piece of fish skin.

Time: 3 - 5pm
Join us on July 17 from 3-5pm at the Tangled Art + Disability gallery for a drop-in style, experiential workshop led by artist Zephyr McKenna, as a part of their vitrine exhibition, nŭmihtaandpéexiin.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to brainstorm, conceptualize and create their very own gender and/or ancestor moodboard! A moodboard is a collage-style display of inspirations and ideas. Follow along to make your own do-it-yourself moodboard based around your gender euphoria or your ancestor dreams!
