The reasons are heartbreaking: lack of confidence, fear of judgment, fewer opportunities, and not feeling safe or supported in traditional sport environments.

That’s why I created the Fight Like a Girl – Summer Program.

This is more than boxing.
It’s about keeping girls active, helping them build confidence, develop discipline, and learn the tools to protect themselves—physically and mentally.

🗓️ Tuesdays & Thursdays in August
🕑 2:00 PM at Viewmount Park
👧 For girls ages 12–17
💰 $160 for 8 empowering sessions
