A hands on dim sum making workshop and dinner event where you get to try your hand in a professional kitchen at making dim sum favourites like siu mai and har gow. Chef Eric will guide you through the secrets, tips and tricks in a very special 3 hour event experience that ends with a sit down dinner with drinks. Limited seating, and this June only.
