About the Author
Dave Pomfret is a songwriter and storyteller whose creative journey took an unexpected turn with Lilly, his debut novel. Known for crafting music that captures life’s raw emotions, Dave discovered Lilly as a fully formed idea that demanded to be brought to life on the page.
Drawing inspiration from his own family’s struggles with addiction, mental illness, and loss, Dave infused Lilly with heart, humor, and a touch of the surreal. His storytelling reflects his songwriter’s sensibility – finding beauty in chaos and connection in even the most fractured realities.
