Get your body moving and your brain grooving! Line dance is the perfect exercise to get your heart rate up, and build new neural pathways from head to toe.
The class will run for an hour long, teaching some basic steps to start, moving on to a beginner combination, and ending with an intermediate level dance to put our new boot scootin' skills to the test!
Of course, cowboy boots are great footwear for line dancing, but any sneaker with minimal tread will also work (think Keds, for example).
