Breathwork in the Park - Bickford Edition

Join us on Saturdays for our breathwork series running from Mid-August to Mid-Sept. These sessions are suitable for those 17+, in generally good health. This is a dog-friendly event, see guidelines in FAQs

Session dates: Aug 23rd & 30th, Sept 13 & 20th

Pricing: $33 per session or $111 for all 4 sessions (email us for the 4-pack option)

Parking: On street parking nearby.

Notes:

• Group size is limited to 7 to assure the quality of your experience. Reserve your space ASAP.
• In the event we get rained out on any of the schedules dates, raindates will be: Sept 27 & Oct 4
• There are some people for whom breathwork is not appropriate. For example, individuals who are under the influence of drugs, alcohol or Medic*tion or individuals with serious mental illness or recent trauma should not engage in breathwork. • Participation is at your own risk. All attendess will be required to sign a consent and realease from liablity form.
