August is a time to commemorate the abolition of slavery and celebrate the contributions of Black Communites, in Ontario.

About this Event

Discover Africa's rich cultural heritage through the exploration of wax fabrics and knitting techniques. Participants are invited to explore the history and symbolism of wax fabrics and to make a unique art object or accessory. Each participant leaves with their own creation.
