ECSTATIC DANCE CLASS

Step into a 60-minute journey led by Jenna Stewart designed to guide your body from tension to liberation. This class blends somatic movement, breathwork, and audible vibration to awaken your nervous system, unlock stored stress, and activate your natural vitality. We'll begin by gently tuning in, meeting your body where it is-tense, tight, or carrying the weight of the day. From there, we build heat and energy through rhythmic, intuitive dance that heightens activation and enlivens every cell. As the energy peaks, we'll move into guided release-using sound, vibration, and breath to melt away stress, shake off what no longer serves, and drop into a state of embodied freedom.
