Ever wonder what’s growing under your feet—or above your head—that can be used to support your health?

On this guided herb walk, you’ll learn to identify some of the most common (and often overlooked) plants in our area, like yellow dock, plantain, dandelion, and mallow. We’ll also cover how to recognize different types of pine trees—and which ones are best suited for herbal use.

This is a hands-on, practical way to deepen your herbal knowledge, ask questions, and gain more confidence using herbs you can actually find near home.

What to Bring:
Comfortable walking shoes
A water bottle
Notebook (optional—but helpful!)
Your curiosity and love for nature
