This class introduces you the seven main chakras, energy centers, in your body. We'll talk about their origins in Indian spiritual practice, their names and associated colors, and what areas of life they each operate on. The latter part of the class will be a guided meditation to gently open and then safely close your chakras, giving you the knowledge to explore on your own if you wish.
