Sound Bath Meditation with Crystal Bowls & Chimes

Join Michael Enderle for a special Sound Bath Meditation to ground, clear, cleanse and energize the Root, Heart and Throat Chakras using ancient techniques and powerful Sound Healing instruments from the Aquarian Age.

Once we open the circle and create our space for the evening, Michael will guide everyone through the journey by first grounding folks with specific frequencies from Tuning Forks, the Shruti Box, Crystal Singing Bowls and Chimes. After this powerful grounding initiation, Michael will shift the frequencies to sacred number 9 where we will experience the clearing, cleansing and energizing frequencies specific to the Root, Heart and Throat Chakras. The combination of these Aquarian Age instruments is part of a powerful Sound Healing practice to restore balance and harmony for self-healing.

We will then shift to a 30-minute guided meditation journey towards an expanded state of consciousness allowing your connection to the Chakras. This experience will allow you to commune and connect with your Chakras and is accompanied by the Aquarian Age instruments to deepen the experience and layer the energizing of each Chakra. We will close the evening with love and close the circle with gratitude and thanks.
