If you say “Yes”, then please join us for a weekend training to learn how to facilitate a self-healing, Sound Medicine session with Aquarian Age Instruments.
· You will learn the Aquarian Age healing instruments and practice playing Tuning Forks, Shruti Box, Crystal Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramids, and Chimes for balance and harmony.
· You will learn how to use the Aquarian Age Instruments to serve Sound Medicine to restore balance and harmony to all the bodies.
· You will learn ancient techniques and follow sacred traditions to create a state for healing to occur.
· You will learn breathwork techniques for tuning the bodies.
· You will learn the Science of Sound from sticks and stones to brain states.
· You will learn the Art of Vibration and how to stimulate the senses to relax and move to a state for healing.
· You will learn how to use entrainment and sympathetic resonance in your practice.
· You will be introduced to the Sound Medicine Wheel by Michael Enderle.
· You will be introduced to the Nervous System Reset, Parasympathetic and Sympathetic States and Vagus Nervous System.
· You will learn how to Sound-Scape a Sound Healing session from beginning to end following the Sound Medicine Wheel.
We welcome all Aquarian Age instruments.
These include crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids and other crystal instruments, tuning forks and chimes. Michael brings plenty of instruments to share.
Please feel free to bring the instruments you want to learn about.
Attendees should wear comfortable clothes and bring what you need to lie down or sit on the floor. Recommendations include a pillow, blanket, mat, sleeping bag and an eye mask, or anything else that will enhance your experience and relaxation throughout the facilitator training weekend.
