Read, Move, and Thrive at the Library!
Join us Sunday, May 4th from 10:30-11:30 for an electric cardio jam session! Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND is easily modifiable, and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rock stars of all ages and abilities (recommended ages 15-99). Learn more at https://poundfit.com/about/
All you need is a fitness mat and a water bottle. Spots are limited, so register today online or by calling the Tolono Public Library.
