DOWNTOWN COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE benefitting Community Heart of Toledo
St Paul's Lutheran Church 428 N Erie Street, Toledo

This is not your “typical” garage sale. We promote community,
conversation and goodwill among our downtown neighbors.
We offer this as a unique and beautiful site to help you sell
gently used items, while at the same time raising money to
support several ministries of the Community Heart of Toledo.

Table Registration process:
• Non-refundable rental fees are as follows:
• $25 rental fee for a 8 ft. table
• $15 for a 60” round table
• $3 additional fee if you need extra space for clothing rack
or larger items.
• Two Tables per person maximum.
• Tables are available on a first come, first serve basis.
• Checks payable Community Heart of Toledo with
application either mailed to dropped off to St Paul’s
Lutheran Church, 428 N Erie, Toledo, 43604
• You will be notified via email or phone that we have
received your application.
• Approximately 1 week before the sale, you will be mailed
a receipt for your check and a map of the building
highlighting your table assignment.
Set-up and Product presentation:
• Set up is on Friday, May 2 from 1pm - 8pm; however
other arrangements earlier in the week are possible.
• Items should be unloaded at the church KWIK Park lot
entrance between Erie and Huron Streets. Carts are
available. After you have removed the items from your
vehicle, please move your car before setting up your
table.
• Your space includes an 8 foot table and 2 chairs. You
may arrange your space as you wish.
• The building areas are divided into General Household,
Vintage, and Craft. If your items cover all three areas,
you will be assigned to General Household.
• Vendors are permitted to sell in a designated area.
• Black or white table coverings can be provided free of
charge at your request in the application.
• You are responsible for pricing and tagging your own
items, and arranging them in an attractive and orderly
manner. Items must be clean.
• You are responsible for your own bank. No change will
be given out to table renters. You should also bring your
own bags.
• Community Heart of Toledo is not responsible for any lost
or stolen items.
Other information
• PARKING: In order to allow the maximum number of
customers to park in our parking lot for the sale, all table
renters and volunteers are asked to move their vehicle to
the BACK of our parking lot near Huron Street., or on Ball
St along our fence. Your vehicle should be parked by
8:30 am.
• Please do not start packing up any earlier than 4:00 pm.
• If you have any leftover items that you would like to
donate to local Thrift Stores, you may box and/or bag up
your items and leave them on your table.
• Brunch will be served 11am-1pm for $10pp. Light
concessions will be available throughout the day. DJ
music will be on stage at peak morning hours.
• Between 11am - 1pm door prizes will be announced
every 30 minutes.
