Beer Yoga in the Upper Room

Introducing…the Upper Room! Join us for a laidback, fun yoga event in the beautiful upstairs space at Quenched & Tempered!

Local Instructor Courtney Wolfe will lead us through a challenging and fun yoga flow during which we will incorporate our tasty libations! Check your inhibitions at the door and take this opportunity to slow down and have a little fun with friends!

All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, or message Transient Training for special accommodations!!
