Beer Yoga @ Buffalo Rock - Bayside!

We are THRILLED to help break in Buffalo Rock’s newest location, Bayside, in Oregon, OH!

Courtney Wolfe will lead us through a challenging and fun yoga flow…feel free to incorporate your tasty libations! Check your inhibitions at the door and take this opportunity to slow down and have a little fun! This yoga session isn’t pretentious or serious – it is all just a great opportunity to connect with an awesome community and support local business, all while checking out of responsibilities and maybe building a little strength and stretch.
