4th Annual Overdose Awareness Candlelight Memorial 8-31

Our community will light candles to honor victims of drug overdose on Sunday, August 31st at the 4th Annual Candlelight Memorial Service. This service will commemorate International Overdose Awareness Day and will be held in the Green Space on Tugalo Street in Downtown Toccoa from 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm. To Light a candle in honor of someone please message us the name and a message to be read at the Event, to sign up onsite you should register beginning at 6:30pm.
HOPE for a Drug Free Stephens, The Center for Wellness and Recovery and Toccoa Elks Lodge Drug Awareness Program will host this Annual Candlelight Memorial Service to raise awareness of the increased risk of overdose due to the lethal drugs, like Fentanyl. being distributed on our streets.
