Rest and Recharge

Unplug from the busyness of life and escape for the weekend to the beautiful and tranquil setting of Middle Coombe Farm in Devon. You can relax, rest and recharge with yoga, walking, swimming and nourishing food.

Imagine yourself starting the day slowly with guided meditation. Then waking up your body with a gently energising yoga practice.
Then later in the day letting the warmth of the heated studio floor ease out any tension, as you relax into a restorative yoga session.

On two evenings after dinner you can experience a sleep inducing yoga nidra, before retiring to a comfortable bed and the land of nod.

There’s plenty of down-time for you to explore the woods and nearby hill fort, read in the library, take an afternoon nap or revel in the heat and bubbles of the hot tub.
